Nexium Control 40mg Tablet is a proton pump inhibitor used to treat frequent heartburn, acid reflux and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). It works by reducing the amount of acid released into the stomach. This in turn reducinguatesPP can help relieve heartburn and acid reflux.
Take one tablet about one hour before anticipated heartburn with food, then swallow it whole. It is to be taken with water. It is to be taken with or without food. Do not take a big meal before taking this medicine unless directed by your doctor. If stomach upset occurs, you may take this medicine with food.
Keep taking this medicine even if you feel well. If you miss a dose of the medicine, take it as soon as possible. If you miss the dose, take it as soon as you can. Do not take the dose once per day.
